Your Booking
Attendees must be aged 18 or over.
Places on Experientials or Masterclass sessions are not confirmed until payment for the booking is made in full.
As the session facilitator, Ana Benedict will not be held responsible for problems arising from health conditions the attendee has failed to disclose.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so in the period up until 14 days prior to the session is scheduled to take place for Experientials, and up until 21 days before a Masterclass event. The cost of the event will be refunded, less a £25 processing fee for Experientials and a £40 processing fee for Masterclasses. Alternatively, you may opt to transfer your booking at no additional cost to another session of equivalent price and length scheduled within a 90 day period from the date of the original session. This is strictly subject to availability.
If the booking was made within 14 days of the scheduled date of the session, no rescheduling or refund is permitted, except in the event of the session being cancelled by Ana.
